Texas Commission on the Arts (TCA)
Grants to Texas nonprofit arts organizations, government arts agencies, and college arts institutions to support organizational operations. Applicants may submit an application draft for review up to two weeks prior to the deadline. The purpose of this program is to invest in arts organizations to advance the creative economy of Texas.
This program provides multi-year operational support. Applicants write their grant for a one year period, and if funded, will provide an update for the second year. Depending on the availability of funds, the organization's award amount will be the same for two fiscal years. New organizations may only apply in odd numbered years.

The minimum request is $3,000. The maximum request is 25% of the organization’s last completed year’s cash operating budget.
