Funds raised also went to our annual Christmas program in support of the active duty wounded warriors at the Soldier Recovery Unit at Ft. Hood, Texas.

We support and mentor youths in our community by sponsoring local organizations such as the Boy Scout Troops and the local baseball and softball leagues. Advocate patriotism and honor promoting strong national security. Grant scholarships to high school graduates fellow veterans and or members the Armed Forces the United States that have a desire to further their education through an accredited learning institute. Perpetuate the memory local veterans and comfort their families. Visit, entertain, and assist veterans and or members the Armed Forces the United States that are hospitalized. Provide social and recreational activities for our members.

Members of the joined together in camaraderie and fellowship for the purpose of preserving the traditions and promoting the interest of the United States . This is accomplished by banding together those who are now serving in the United States and those who are now serving in the United States and those who have been honorable discharge from service, voluntarily aiding and rendering assistance to all Marines and former Marines, there widows and orphans and by perpetuating the history of the United States through fitting acts to observe the anniversaries of historical occasions of particular interest to the Marines.
