The organization provided housing and job placement services for ex-offenders, people in recovery, homelessness, and any misfortunate person that may have encountered life trauma/tragedy throughout life. As the largest provider of free civil services in and the third largest in the nation, TRLA serves approximately 25,000 income-eligible clients per year.
