Grants to Texas low-income individuals in eligible locations for capital improvements to homes. Funding is intended to reconstruct homes for residents whose homes are uninhabitable. Applicants must continuously occupy the home after the reconstruction. Eligible homes are those that are uninhabitable due to disaster, condemnation, or health and safety concerns. Homes must be located within the city limits of Belton.
