Grants of up to $15,000 to Texas nonprofit organizations and government entities for projects that benefit the local community in eligible locations and for general operating support for organizations that have been impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. Funding is intended for strong projects based on good ideas and compelling needs that have the potential to improve the Henderson County community and the lives of its people. Requests for support in the areas of education, health, human services, environment, and the arts are welcome.
In light of the pandemic, requests for general operating expenses (including salary) are welcome. Funding requests to support new projects and programs or expand existing ones are also eligible.
