PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL SELF IMPROVEMENT LIFE AND WELLNESS COACHING TO INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS WITH A FOCUS ON ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS TO FIND DIRECTION AND BALANCE IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL LIVES THROUGH: - ASSISTING CHILDREN STRUGGLING IN SCHOOL WITH TUTORING SERVICES. - WORKING WITH YOUNG PARENTS, ESPECIALLY SINGLE MOMS, TO TEACH THEM SKILLS TO ADJUST TO THEIR NEW FAMILY STRUCTURE. - WORKING WITH YOUNG ADULTS WHO HAVE AGED OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM AND TEACHING THEM SKILLS FOR BEING AN INDEPENDENT, FUNCTIONING ADULT IN SOCIETY. - COUNSELING INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LIVING BEYOND THEIR MEANS AND HELP THEM TO CREATE A BUDGET PLAN. - TEACHING MEDITATION AND OTHER STRESS REDUCING TECHNIQUES TO INDIVIDUALS. - TEACHING ORGANIZATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. - TEACHING HOLISTIC HEALTH PRACTICES TO THOSE WHO ARE STRUGGLING WITH HEALTH ISSUES AND THOSE WHO NEED ASSISTANCE TO RESTORE THEIR HEALTH TO A LEVEL WHERE THEY CAN RETURN TO THEIR JOBS.
