Grants to Texas nonprofit organizations in eligible locations to support general operations. Funding is intended for applicants that provide arts and cultural programs and activities to benefit the general public. Applicants must have arts named in their mission or offer arts-specific programming, and must be located in Houston.

Category 2: Applicants may apply for up to $62,500 or a maximum of 10% of the arts program budget, excluding the value of in-kind contributions.
Category 3: Awards in this category are capped at $1 million or a maximum of 3% of the organization’s operating expenses, excluding the value of in-kind contributions.
