Grant Description
Grants to Texas and Utah nonprofit organizations to meet community needs in eligible locations. Funding is intended to support a wide range of charitable activities including those in the areas of community and public benefit, human services, health, education, and athletics. In 2023, Community Grants are available for application by charitable organizations serving the communities of the following races:
Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Texas
Intermountain Healthcare IRONMAN 70.3 North American Championship St. George
The IRONMAN Foundation supports a broad range of organizations; however, priority will give preference to organizations and/or projects that:
Serves a need in line with the key giving categories of The IRONMAN Foundation.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Civil Service (Military, police, medical personnel, etc.)
Health & Wellness
Humanitarian Aid
Meet an identified need specific to that race community.
Can report a measurable impact at the conclusion of the grant period.
Leverage additional funds or secure match funding, therefore increasing the impact of the grant award.
Groups located within select North American and international race communities are invited to submit an application for an IRONMAN Foundation Community Grant.
Community Grants are available for application by charitable organizations serving the communities of the following races:
- Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Texas
- Intermountain Healthcare IRONMAN 70.3 North American Championship St. George
The IRONMAN Foundation intends to provide funding and financial support to any program that furthers this mission and is offered by either (1) an organization which is described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the code), or (2) an organizations which is not described in section 501(c)(3) of the code but uses such funding and financial support for the foregoing charitable mission.
