In-kind grants valued at $7,500 to USA K-12 public school employees and school administrators in eligible states to update school lounges. The program is intended to honor school employees and administrators for their dedication by providing a space for school staff to rest, collaborate, create, or catch their breath.

Eligible schools must be located in one of the 44 states or principalities as indicated below:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District Of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota , Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, or Wyoming.

In-kind grants not to exceed $7,500 and makeover items/actions may be selected from a predetermined list. All Items up to the value of $7,500 must be selected or will be forfeited.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

A contestant must be an active or retired employee of a K-12 public school or school administrator and a member of NEA, CTA Or ACSA, COSA, NASA, KASE Or OAESA.

Employees of California Casualty and immediate family members (parents, spouses, siblings, and children) of such employees are not eligible to participate in this contest.

Unless otherwise noted, a contestant may only submit one entry but a school can have multiple entries. Entries must be received by California Casualty by the specified drawing date to be eligible for the indicated drawing. The more entries submitted from your school, the greater your chances of winning.

Should a school administrator win who does not work on a school campus, he/she will have the option of choosing the public school to receive the makeover.
