Austin Community Foundation - Women's Fund
Grants to Texas nonprofit organizations and government units in eligible regions for programs that improve the lives of women and children in local communities. Funding is intended for activities in the focus areas of child care, housing, education, and unintended pregnancy prevention. In addition, funding is available to recognize the work of an emerging nonprofit with a smaller operating budget. Eligible organizations must operate in the six-county Central Texas region of Travis, Burnet, Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, and Williamson Counties.
The emerging category aims to recognize the impactful work undertaken by organizations with smaller annual operating budgets. Compelling applications in this grant opportunity address one or more of the Women's Fund strategy areas above, emphasize depth over breadth and are in the process of building resources to scale their impact.
